Numerous articles have appeared in major real estate magazines recently, covering the fact that NY Real Estate in particular, is becoming a very attractive investment to many foreign investors. This is due to the weakening dollar and strength of the euro in particular.

I would like to know how I could connect with investors in Europe. I own a brownstone that is going to be converted to 4 condominiums that will be ready for sale in 2 weeks. In addition I could help overseas buyers buy brownstones collectively and convert them to condominiums.

This sounds great. I could use some suggestions on staging the place. I am going to be at 1992 Madison Ave. (127th Street and Madison Ave.) Thursday and Friday.
