Hello!  I am a real estate sales agent, with Paramount Realty Services in New York City, a fully licensed brokerage firm. We specialize in residential sales and leasing primarily, although we can also handle commercial sales and leasing.

The purpose of this blog, is to allow viewers to post questions they about New York Real Estate sales and leasing in general, and to invite viewers to respond with answers accordingly.  This blog is not to serve however, as a substitute for viewers to do their own due diligence and seek professional advise from attorneys, accountants, etc., where required.
